Interview: Imogen Heap on her first ever crowdsourced song

The hyper-connected singer-songwriter explained to MIDEMBlog how fans will contribute to her next song. Fascinating stuff!

From March 14, she will ask fans to submit sounds to be incorporated in her next single, which she will release two weeks later. Soundcloud will be used to upload contributions, via imogenheap.com. Soundcloud is also working on a hack here at MIDEM Hack Day which will allow Heap to answer fans’ questions, in audio.
