The evening began on the Majestic Hotel Beach with an apero with drinks and snacks, as the Trace Launch party took place on the adjacent pontoon. Scotland’s young and charming Be Charlotte, one of Midem’s 11 Music Artist Accelerator finalists, took to the stage first…


Then as part of the Music is Great, British Music at Midem showcase (in association with BBC Music), Dream Wife followed with an energy-infused set:


Back on Stage 2, Midem Artist Accelerator finalist Iris Gold set an ambient mood with her signature electro soul groove:


Whilst back on the Music is Great stage, Jake Isaac wowed the crowd with his intense sultry voice, sporting a baby Taylor guitar:


Korean band XXX, another Midem Artist Accelerator finalist, took over Stage 2 with a set of Korean hip hop:


British band Public Service Broadcasting, one of the most highly-anticipated bands of the evening, made waves with their electric prog rock sound:


Last but by no means least, M.anifest, winner of the Midem Artist Accelerator community vote, got on stage with his more than cool hip-hop vibe:
